Thank you for choosing FAA Creations. Due to the perishable nature of our beef jerky products, we maintain the following return and refund policy.

1. Returns
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
We cannot restock or resell any returned food products for safety and quality reasons.

2. Refunds & Replacements
We stand behind the quality of our products. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
  • Your order is incorrect
  • Your order is missing items
To request a refund or replacement:
  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Include photos of the issue 
If approved, we will:
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method, or
  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Orders reported after the 3-day window
4. Shipping Issues
FAA Creations is not responsible for:
  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
However, we will do our best to help resolve any shipping issues.
