Thank you for shopping with FAA Creations. We are committed to delivering your beef jerky fresh and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 days  
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped 

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method 
  • Estimated delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days after shipment 

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:
  • USPS 
  • UPS 
  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and shipping option chosen.

4. Perishable Product Notice

Our beef jerky is a perishable food product, though shelf-stable.

  • Orders are packaged to maintain freshness during transit 
  • FAA Creations is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or extreme weather conditions 


We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery.
5. Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information 
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements 


If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before your order ships.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

FAA Creations is not responsible for:
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered 
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers 


If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist when possible.


7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:
  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery 
  • Provide your order number and photos of the damage 


We will review and may offer a replacement or refund.
8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship within the United States only 
  • We do ship to P.O. boxes
